I’ve been married for over 30 years, and I’m a proud mother of four and a “Glam-Ma” to my precious grandchildren. Caring for children has been at the heart of my life’s work for more than 25 years.

My background includes:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) & Medical Assistant experience
✔ Over 10 years as a licensed foster parent with the State of Arizona
✔ CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified
✔ Valid, up-to-date Fingerprint Clearance Card

With four years of child development studies and hands-on experience, she brings patience, creativity, and a deep love for helping little ones grow. Whether she’s celebrating first steps or leading fun crafts, Alyssa makes every child feel seen, safe, and special.

Assistant Childcare Provider
With nearly 25 years in childcare and 5 years at Kreative Kare, Ms. Lordes brings a calm, loving presence that children instantly connect with. Before joining us, she worked as a trusted nanny in Los Angeles, including for high-profile families—where she was known for her nurturing care and reliability.
At Kreative Kare, she introduces little ones to Spanish through songs and play, helping them learn naturally in a fun, engaging way.

With over 5 years as a nanny and experience in both centers and home-based care, Autumn brings a calm, caring energy to Kreative Kare. She loves supporting children through stories, crafts, and daily routines, always making them feel safe, loved, and encouraged. Her gentle patience and warm personality make her a trusted part of our team, and the kids light up when she walks in the room.
